Questions worth answering plainly
What is a credit?
A credit is one unit of analysis work. Indexing plain text costs 1, a full video analysis costs 5, and cross-platform intelligence costs 10. Every response reports exactly what was consumed.
What happens when I run out?
The request is rejected before any work happens and no credits are deducted. Balances can never go negative.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset with the billing period. Free-plan credits are a one-time allocation.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and the credit allowance is adjusted for the new period.
Is card data stored by VYNT?
No. Payments and the billing portal are handled by our payment processor. VYNT stores only a customer reference and subscription state.
