Terms of service
The rules for using VYNT, written to be read. This summary is provided for clarity and is not legal advice.
Authorization is your responsibility
You may only submit content you own or are otherwise authorized to index. You must respect the terms of any platform you connect and any applicable robots directives.
Acceptable use
Do not use VYNT to index content you have no right to, to impersonate another creator, to attempt to manipulate third-party ranking systems, or to circumvent platform access controls.
What VYNT does not promise
VYNT structures and records content. It does not guarantee search rankings, discovery outcomes, traffic or revenue, and it makes no representation that indexing will change third-party platform behaviour.
Credits and billing
Operations consume credits at published rates. Credits are reserved before work begins; if reservation fails, no work is performed and nothing is charged. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and plan credits reset each billing period.
Provenance records
A verified provenance result confirms that supplied hashes match a stored record. It is not a determination of authorship, ownership, licensing or factual accuracy.
Availability and changes
We may change credit costs, rate limits or plan contents with notice. Material changes are announced before taking effect for existing subscriptions.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or place the platform or third parties at risk.
